Who we are

Keey Homes Ltd (company number 14556967, registered in England and Wales, registered office 5 Corporation Street, Walsall, WS1 4HW) is the controller of the personal data you send through this website. Contact: keeyhomes@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the topic you choose and your message. Our server also records the IP address of the request to stop spam.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss a property, an investment or a tenancy with you. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted within 24 months. If we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires for that relationship.

Who sees it

Our directors and the e-mail and hosting providers that deliver the message (Hostinger and Google). We do not transfer your data for any other purpose.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and scripts load from Google Fonts and public code libraries (cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg), which receive your IP address to deliver those files.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use: write to keeyhomes@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
