Property exposure, without becoming a landlord.

Rental income isn’t the same as rental profit.

Property investing isn’t always as straightforward as collecting rent every month. Buying a buy-to-let can involve significant upfront capital, ongoing maintenance, tenant management, compliance obligations and unexpected expenses.

Investing through a property developer offers a different approach, with different responsibilities, contractual arrangements and risks. Neither route is automatically better. It depends on your financial goals, appetite for risk and desired level of involvement.

How it works

Your investor journey

Every investor journey is different. The structure, strategy and exit are agreed around the individual opportunity.

  1. 01

    Understand your goals

We discuss your available capital, timeframe and what you want the investment to achieve.

  2. 02

    Agree the structure

We identify the most suitable route and agree how your investment will be structured before anything moves forward.

  3. 03

    Capital is deployed

Funds are allocated in line with the agreed property strategy and opportunity.

  4. 04

    The property strategy begins

Depending on the deal, this may involve acquisition, refurbishment, development or management to create value.

  5. 05

    You stay informed

We provide updates throughout the journey so you know how the project is progressing.

  6. 06

    Agreed exit / outcome

Once the agreed strategy reaches its end point, the exit is completed in line with the arrangement set out at the beginning.
